My all natural Sleep and dream balm is created from an infusion of fresh and dried Mugwort, Lavender, Hops and Rose petals. The scent of these herbs will calm and relax you into a dreamy restful nights sleep.
Lavender~ Calms and relaxes you, eases tension and anxiety, makes all of your dreams pleasant

Mugwort ~ a symbol of health and hope and has been long known as a dream activator. It calms the conscious mind and awakens deep consciousness which brings on vivid dreams. It increases dream clarity while encouraging relaxation.

Hops ~ Gives a sense of peacefulness. Relaxes and encourages sleep

Rose Petals ~ Create a feeling of loving thoughts and warmth. Roses keep the feeling of the dream grounded in safety and peacefulness.

To use rub a little into your writs, temples or the bottoms of your feet before bedtime to promote peaceful, relaxing and dream filled sleep. You may also use a little on your wrists and temples during the daytime to help with anxiety and stress

Ingredients: Olive oil infused with Mugwort, Lavender, Hops and Rose petals, Beeswax, vitamin E, Rosemary oil extract *If ordering this during the hotter months please be aware that this product will melt in heat 70 degrees and above.
